Situé seul au 1er étage de la maison, l’appart est idéal pour des soirées en famille ou entre amis en toute tranquillité. Et dans l’appart c’est chacun sa chambre !
En effet l’originalité de l’appart ce sont ses chambres totalement indépendantes l’une de l’autre. Une première chambre meublée avec un grand lit offre une magnifique vue sur le jardin paysagé. Une seconde chambre avec 2 lits séparés offre de l’intimité à chacun des résidents.
La salle d’eau et son WC privatif accompagnent cette charmante suite avec deux belles vasques soigneusement décorées.
Cette suite de 40 m² peut accueillir de 1 à 5 personnes.

Coming by car :
Coming from the south via the A75 motorway, take the Charbonnier-les-Mines exit, then follow the D76 towards Charbonnier-les-Mines, Brassac-les-Mines, and Sainte-Florine, and then take the D35 to the left towards Saint-Germain-Lembron. At the first intersection, turn left towards Vichel and Saint-Germain-Lembron. Cross Saint-Germain-Lembron towards Issoire, then take a left towards Boudes. Follow the Mareugheol itinerary and enter the village, where you will find Le Coq Bleu on your left.
Coming from the north via Issoire, take the direction of Vodable and Solignat. Cross Antoingt and take the D717 towards Mareugheol. Enter the village of Mareugheol and cross it. Follow the D720 towards Gignat and Saint-Germain-Lembron, and continue until you reach Le Coq Bleu on your right.
Coming by train :
From Issoire station, take the Solignat road, cross the village of Antoingt, and enter the village of Mareugheol. Cross the village and follow the D720 towards Gignat and Saint-Germain-Lembron, and continue until you reach Le Coq Bleu on your right.
